Safe Delivery of Bitumen
Over 50% of bitumen-related accidents occur during the delivery process. Driven from this fact we have developed a training program to raise awareness of safety issues within the delivery process of bitumen and to highlight the responsibilities of staff involved according to European legal requirements as well as the ADR regulations. The whole program is based on a detailed Code of Practice which has been produced by the Refined Bitumen Association and Eurobitume and is intended to assist those delivering and receiving bitumen in reducing the frequency of incidents and accidents by raising awareness of their causes in and by defining good practice.
