SEALCO BRUSH is a highly modified bituminous emulsion which is applied on the surfaces of constructions for the formation of watertight coatings.

The elastomeric components of the product contribute to the formation of a bituminous membrane of high elasticity and long lasting resistance to mechanical and thermal strains.

Main Features

01. Reliable protection from water and humidity, with high resistance to weather conditions and aging
02. Excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates (metallic, plastic or wooden surfaces, concrete surfaces etc.)
03. High elasticity and long term resistance of the final bituminous membrane
04. Easy application by using a brush or a paint roller onto horizontal and vertical surfaces
05. Product of immediate coagulation, formation of skin in 20-60 min
06. Non harmful product, it does not harm the surface of application
07. Immediate application, without heating of the product, in ambient conditions
08. Environmentally friendly, non toxic product
09. Stable product throughout storage for at least 18 months
10. Application of Quality Management Systems (EN ISO 9001:2000), Health and Safety Management Systems (ELOT 1801) and Environment Management Systems (EMAS 761/2001)
