Sealcoflex
Sealcoflex is a highly modified bituminous waterproofing system of two components which is applied as a liquid and cure to form a seamless sheet. The two components (bitumen emulsion and coagulant) are sprayed in a parallel manner (mixing on the air to cause rapid coagulation of the emulsion) and adhere to the application surface forming a watertight and seamless bituminous membrane.
The advanced formula of Sealcoflex with high concentration of elastomeric and polymer components contribute to the formation of a watertight bituminous membrane of high elasticity and long lasting resistance to mechanical and thermal strains.

Product of immediate coagulation with skin formation as soon as it adheres on the application surface.
Non harmful Eco-friendly product. Sealcoflex is applied applied without previous heating and does not contain any toxic or hazardous chemicals that could harm the labor, the environment or the application surface.
Stable product throughout storage for at least 18 months
Sealcoflex is a positive-side waterproofing system, allowing both above- and below-grade applications including planters, Split-slab construction, transportation structures (tunnels, subways, suspended parking, bridges, viaducts etc), industrial and residential waterproofing (foundation, roofing, terrace, block walls, basements, swimming pools, hydro applications, roof garden etc.)
